Happy Boutique Home S.r.l.s. offers short-term tourist rental services at its properties located in Herculaneum and Naples. The service includes the provision of furnished rooms, with possible additional services.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made through the website, by email, or by phone. The booking process includes:
- Selection of dates, property, and desired room
- Entry of the main guest's personal information
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- Booking confirmation via email with a summary of details
4. Prices and Rates
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are per room per night.
- The tourist tax, where required by the Municipality, is excluded from the price and must be paid separately
- Prices may vary based on the period, length of stay, and availability
5. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods indicated at the time of booking. A deposit or advance payment may be required to guarantee the booking. The balance, if due, must be paid at check-in or as otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds provided
We do not issue refunds for confirmed bookings. The amount paid as a deposit or advance payment is non-refundable.
In case of exceptional and documented circumstances (e.g., serious medical emergencies, natural disasters), please contact us to evaluate possible alternative solutions, such as changing the stay dates.

7. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the rate type selected at the time of booking. In general:
- In case of no-show, the full stay amount will be charged
- In case of early departure, no refund is provided for unused nights
8. Check-in and Check-out
Standard times are:
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Check-in outside standard hours is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please communicate your expected arrival time in advance.
9. Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to:
- Present a valid identity document at check-in (legal requirement for registration with the Police)
- Respect the property's internal regulations
- Compensate for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment
- Respect quiet hours and the decorum of common areas and adjacent spaces
10. Liability
Happy Boutique Home S.r.l.s. is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We advise not to leave valuables unattended. The property is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, public service interruptions, or unforeseeable events.
11. Privacy and Data Processing

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the Court of Naples shall have jurisdiction.
